Services

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any service at any time without prior notice.
Prices may be updated periodically. The price displayed at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.
Booking and Payment
Payment is required before your appointment. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, your appointment may be cancelled.
Cancellation and Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full consultation fee.
Where exceptional circumstances apply, refunds or appointment transfers remain at the discretion of Oxford Specialist Dietitians.
Online Consultations
Consultations are conducted remotely via Google Meet or Telephone unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:
a suitable internet connection
access to the required software
a private environment for the consultation
If technical difficulties prevent completion of the consultation, every reasonable effort will be made to rearrange the appointment.
Client Responsibilities
By booking an appointment, you agree to:
provide accurate and complete information regarding your health
inform your dietitian of any changes to your medical history or medications
follow advice provided by your GP or other healthcare professionals
ask questions if you are unsure about any recommendations.
Recommendations are based upon the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the advice given.
Weight Management Disclaimer
Oxford Specialist Dietitians provides evidence-based dietary advice tailored to individual circumstances.
Weight loss outcomes vary considerably between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on many factors including medical conditions, medications, lifestyle, adherence to recommendations and individual physiological differences.
No guarantee is made regarding any specific amount of weight loss or health outcome.
Medical Care
Dietetic consultations do not replace medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment provided by your GP, consultant or other healthcare professional.
If you experience symptoms requiring urgent medical attention, you should contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services as appropriate.
